AI Output Terms
These AI and Generated Output Terms apply to Services from Avenrow Labs, LLC ("Avenrow Labs", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, language models, speech systems, audio systems, document processing systems, automation, or other computational tools to generate, transform, summarize, classify, format, analyze, or suggest content ("AI Features"). These terms supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific terms.
1. INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
"Inputs" means prompts, instructions, files, scripts, recordings, documents, text, images, audio, data, examples, and other materials submitted to AI Features. "Outputs" means text, audio, documents, scripts, prompts, summaries, formatted materials, suggestions, analyses, code, workflows, files, or other content generated or returned by AI Features.
You are responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit them to the Services.
2. YOUR USE OF OUTPUTS
As between you and Avenrow Labs, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms, you may use Outputs generated for you through the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to our Terms of Use, this policy, and any product-specific terms.
Outputs may not be unique. Other users may receive the same or similar outputs. We do not represent that Outputs are protectable by intellectual property rights, non-infringing, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
3. REVIEW REQUIRED
AI Features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, offensive, or misleading Outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, testing, validating, and approving Outputs before using or relying on them.
Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, compliance, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Outputs as the sole basis for important decisions.
4. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC OUTPUTS
Some Services may help create, format, or analyze job-search materials, story materials, documents, scripts, audio files, phone-system prompts, customer communications, or other product-specific outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that those Outputs comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, marketplace rules, telecom rules, platform rules, customer requirements, and professional standards.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring outcomes, publication outcomes, customer outcomes, call outcomes, regulatory compliance, platform acceptance, audio compatibility, system compatibility, business results, or other results.
5. PROHIBITED AI USES
You may not use AI Features or Outputs in ways prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use AI Features or Outputs to deceive people, impersonate others without permission, generate unlawful surveillance or profiling, create malware or cyber abuse, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review, or evade legal obligations.
6. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
AI Features may use third-party technology, infrastructure, or model providers. Those providers may process Inputs, Outputs, metadata, and usage information as necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable terms and laws. Product-specific terms or notices may identify additional provider-specific rules.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SENSITIVE DATA
Do not submit confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party information to AI Features unless you have the right to do so and the applicable Service is intended for that information. You remain responsible for your own confidentiality obligations and data-handling requirements.
8. SAFETY, MONITORING, AND ENFORCEMENT
We may use automated or manual review methods to detect abuse, enforce our policies, secure the Services, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law. We may refuse, block, remove, disable, or limit Inputs, Outputs, accounts, or features that we believe violate our policies or create risk.
