This Privacy Policy explains how Avenrow Labs, LLC ("Avenrow Labs", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, applications, software products, digital tools, APIs, dashboards, interfaces, communications, and related services, including https://avenrowlabs.com/ and any product-specific websites or services owned or operated by Avenrow Labs, LLC that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

1.4 Sensitive Information. The Services are not designed for storing or processing highly sensitive personal information unless a product-specific notice expressly states otherwise. Do not submit government identification numbers, payment card numbers outside approved payment flows, health information, children's information, biometric identifiers, protected financial information, or other highly sensitive information unless the applicable Service specifically requests it and provides appropriate instructions.

3. AI FEATURES AND GENERATED OUTPUTS
Some Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, language models, speech systems, audio systems, document processing systems, or other automated technologies to generate, transform, summarize, classify, format, analyze, or suggest content ("AI Features"). When you use AI Features, we may process User Content and related usage information to provide the requested functionality, maintain safety and security, troubleshoot issues, enforce our policies, and improve the Services.
AI Features may rely on third-party technology providers, infrastructure providers, or model providers. Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms, depending on the Service and integration. Product-specific notices may provide additional information about particular AI Features.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information to AI Features unless you have the right to do so and the applicable Service is intended for that type of information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them.
4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional, security, account, billing, and administrative messages.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority. We do not use the Services to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you unless a product-specific notice states otherwise.

We do not sell personal information for money.
