This Privacy Policy explains how Avenrow Labs, LLC ("Avenrow Labs", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, applications, software products, digital tools, APIs, dashboards, interfaces, communications, and related services, including https://avenrowlabs.com/ and any product-specific websites or services owned or operated by Avenrow Labs, LLC that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

AI Features may rely on third-party technology providers, infrastructure providers, or model providers. Those providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms, depending on the Service and integration. Product-specific notices may provide additional information about particular AI Features.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information to AI Features unless you have the right to do so and the applicable Service is intended for that type of information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional, security, account, billing, and administrative messages.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority. We do not use the Services to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you unless a product-specific notice states otherwise.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may have rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about certain disclosures of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. If a Service uses advertising, analytics, or similar technologies that are considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable California law, we will provide legally required notices and controls.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Depending on how you use the Services, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, account information, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate location information, audio or visual information submitted to the Services, professional or business information, inferences, and sensitive information only where you provide it or where a Service is intended to process it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last revised" date. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
